My passion for photography started with an excitement to create something that I viewed as art. I started out experimenting with a film camera and shortly after moved to digital. I took pictures of everything from things around my house to children and brides. Once my first daughter was born in 2006 I realized I could create a differnt form of art: memories. I used to think of art as a painting, or a sculpture, but soon learned that art is in the eye of the beholder. Memories are art, families are art, children are art; after all, we adorn our walls with pictures of loved ones don't we? I have a photojournalistic-stlye to my photography. I want to capture the real you and your family. I believe photos should show a connection and capture your children and family as they are, smiles, serious faces, and silly faces.
